Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order, we will make every effort to process your order within 24hrs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.  Orders will usually leave from our Yatala (Brisbane) warehouse. At our discretion, we may choose to ship a product from any of our other warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. Expect an email after dispatch with tracking details and information from which warehouse it is leaving from.

Same Day dispatch is only available from our Yatala warehouse. We may at our discretion send from another warehouse the same day or next day. We will do this because travel time or cost will be similar or better than dispatching from our Yatala warehouse.

Public holidays and unforeseen events in any state may impact the delivery time of your goods.

Once you order has been dispatched we will provide a tracking number to you from a carrier of our choice.

BULKY GOODS

Some bulky items are pick-up only, they are too heavy/large to be freighted.

DANGEROUS GOODS

Due to the nature of shipping some batteries which are considered Dangerous Goods, this incurs a surcharge which is included in the Flat Rate. There may also be significant delays due to carrier logistics when shipping Dangerous Goods, therefor we do not offer express shipping, we will contact you if any delays occurs.

Because of the nature of Dangerous Goods, we do not allow postage to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes

DELIVERY OF GOODS

WE DO NOT ALLOW PACKAGES TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED OR WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.

We will only send to the address lodged on DC Direct.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot.

 STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 8:00am - 4:00pm from 1 Ant Road, Yatala, QLD, 4207. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30Km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 9:30am Mon-Fri will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-8 days using a carrier of our choice. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to In Australia.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We will occasionally offer free shipping or discounted rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not currently offer international shipping due to the nature of the products we sell.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We must be contacted first if you wish to make a return or claim a warranty. We will not accept any returns unless accompanied with a Return Authorisation from.

In some rare instances your request to order may be declined where a prompt freight service cannot be offered. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
